What is Dash Brazil doing for reporting now? DashWatch seems to be done with, any recent reprts I can review? Not that it will chnage my yes vote, just want to be able to see some numbers.

Definitely this price increase since we present the proposal made it seem higher at current price , but we are committed to extend this proposal if dash price remains high - thanks for the support

Looking at the Dashwatch reports posted it looks like funds are not rolled over month to month.
1. Where do these extra funds go?
2. Are salaries fixed or do they change month to month?
3. Have salaries increased over the last 6 months? By what percent?
4. Why don't you rollover funds?

Like we've done in the past 2 years, all contracts are set in Dash, this allowed us to deliver all proposals when dash/USD prices dropped in the past, also when price rises.
All our staff is on the Pay as you work process.
No increase in salaries but since we presented the proposal, the price of dash went up significantly, but we also have plans to execute more in this case. As we did in the past we will expand in other areas, Events online and presential when the time comes.
As Several members participate in this community we are focus in the expansion of DASH in Brazil especially now with DCG h is hirering a position to focus in BR/LATAM

The population of Brazil is 213,445,417 (July 2021 est.)
Politically, Brazil is in the process of privatizing some assets such as their oil industry.
In my view, privatizing assets makes the potential for Brazilian wealth much more.
Brazil has experienced hyperinflation in the 90's which usually has a strong affect on those that experience it.
Current Brazilian inflation is just under 9% which might make Dash more attractive.
Brazil's peace index is on par with the US.

There is a comment below that troubles me. The comment expresses concern that DIF investment along with this proposal might be too much investment in Brazil. I actually view this the other way around.

The DIF has invested in two companies in Brazil. There is the expectation is that those two companies will use Dash in their business. Dash will even be customer facing by these business. In my view it makes more sense to fund Dash promotion where there are businesses where Dash can be used. This makes more sense to me than to investing somewhere there is no dash presence. There is a greater capital outlay required when starting from scratch.

This proposal was first posted two weeks ago when the price was $160. I believe the only fair thing to do when evaluating the size of the ask is to use this $160 valuation, as the information of the current price was not available when submitting this proposal.

Rodrigo does make Brazilian introductions to the DIF. Last cycle, he was one vote in five. This cycle he is one vote in six. The two Brazilian investments were supported by all five of the previous board of supervisors. The Supervisors also declined some investments that Rodrigo introduced to the DIF. We invested in the business we were thought were the strongest as a businesses and were a good fit for Dash.

Hi qwizzie - Thanks for supporting the Brazil Community, now that Rodrigo is at the DIF and DCG is hiring a Brazilian member for the Businesses Dev. LATAM . things will speed up and we are glad to be a big part of giving all support and Data necessary.

I generally support your proposals, but this is a rather large ask to be running for 5 cycles, I will have to consider which way I will vote based on Dash price performance.

Hi agnewpickens - the proposal was present when the dash was $155 and our proposal for the past 2 years oscillates between 10k to 15k USD equivalent. Like in the past when dash devalues and we still manage to deliver our promises, we will do the same this cycle and as you, we are looking forward to DASH to reach ATH again.

I also have some questions about conflict of interest here, we have seen some large DIF investments in Brazil recently. That can be either good or bad, I am not making any accusations, but we need some transparency here on the Brazil market, this is a rather large investment into the Brazil market, I know it is a rather large market, but I want some more hard numbers on returns for the DAO at this ask.

We will be supporting the DIF with all data , information, network and anything else necessary , if rodrigo is part of the DIF or not. also DCG focus in Brazil proves we are in the right track as DCG is hiring a Biz Dev for LATAM from Brazil to speed up adoption and Integration between DCG, DIF, Brazil and the Brazil COmmunity

Completely silly reasoning imo. We have Dash DAOs all over the world and Brazil is a hotspot for Dash. Rod has proven himself with many achievements, too many to list here. The price of Dash has nothing to do with whether or not we should pass proposals. This is specious reasoning.

Not silly reasoning, this is a longterm ask, Dash price could move a lot over the coming months, for an ask this large, I would prefer a shorter cycle ask. Are you having fun here on Dash Central? Sure seems like it.
