        The expected performance of this proposal is the consistent monthly delivery of safe, low-risk Dash Core maintenance and upstream Bitcoin backports, improving:
  • Code quality
  • Documentation accuracy
  • Developer tooling
  • Long-term maintainability
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 
      Success will be measured using the following KPIs:
  • 4–8 merged low-risk Dash PRs per month
  • Number of successful upstream Bitcoin backports
  • 100% CI & functional test pass rate
  • Monthly public progress reports

My Introduction
My name is Vijay aka cryptotura , and I am an independent open-source developer and long-time contributor to Dash and Bitcoin-related development. I have been actively involved in Bitcoin backporting, Dash Core maintenance, and governance/test-stability work since 2021. My focus is on carefully selected, low-risk upstream improvements that keep Dash aligned with Bitcoin while preserving Dash’s safety, stability, and production reliability.

       I continuously track upstream Bitcoin development and regularly identify safe, low-risk PRs suitable for Dash to ensure:
  • Faster benefit from upstream bug-fixes
  • Reduced long-term divergence

Final Statement
This proposal represents a fully tested, low-risk, independent monthly Dash Core maintenance and backporting initiative that intends to supports Dash Core Group by offloading routine integration and cleanup work. which allows DCG developers to remain fully focused on core protocol security, performance, scaling, and strategic development, while Dash continues to benefit from consistent upstream improvements.
