I previously contributed to Dash through the Web3 Daria team. I am now submitting my own proposal as an independent contributor.I believe Dash benefits from having several independent contributors working across different regions, networks and areas of expertise. Different people bring different relationships, access, local knowledge and opportunities. This can make Dash's business development and ecosystem presence more resilient and effective.

My focus is the APAC region, particularly Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore where I have an established network across Web3, fintech, payments, exchanges, wallets, infrastructure projects, communities and industry events.

Previous Contributions to DashMy previous contributions to Dash were included in Ravenor's proposals and focused primarily on APAC ecosystem development and representation.

TOKEN2049 Singapore (Self-funded)

I attended TOKEN2049 and related side events on a self-funded basis, using the week primarily for Dash ecosystem representation, business development, networking and brand visibility.

RWA Summit - Panel Moderator

I moderated a panel at the RWA Summit during TOKEN2049 week. While the panel topic was not specifically focused on Dash, I used the event as an opportunity to increase Dash brand visibility and represent the ecosystem in front of an industry audience.

Throughout the event, I represented Dash visibly through Dash-branded clothing and used the opportunity to connect with participants across payments and Web3 investment.

HSC Asset Management Conference / Metaverse Post - Stage Host

I hosted the stage at the HSC Asset Management Conference. I also had a chance to talk about Dash from the stage I was hosting, just before the panel on the future of payments. I will share the video as soon as it is released.

Dash was represented as part of my participation and event communication. This gave Dash additional visibility in discussions around emerging payment infrastructure and the broader evolution of digital finance.

Chinese Media Interview (SunTV) — Future of Payments,  AI and BTC.
I gave an interview to Chinese TV media (https://baike.baidu.com/en/item/SunTV/946570) focused on the future of payments, positioning Dash as an alternative payment method and digital cash for everyday use.The full interview is currently being prepared for publication and will be shared with the Dash community once it is released.

Wuhan trip, China (Self-funded).

EHC DEX - Potential RWA Integration 
During TOKEN2049, I met the founder of EHC DEX, a project focused on building DEX aggregators for tokenized equities and RWA trading.The team expressed interest in building on Dash and we agreed to continue the discussion in Wuhan, China, where I will meet his community to explore the integration and educate community on Dash platform.

I will fly there with the Founder straight after Token2049. The trip is self-funded. 
EHC DEX is developing a cross-chain routing system for tokenized stocks. The potential Dash use case is to deploy part of this infrastructure on Dash Evolution and enable users to access tokenized equities via DASH.

This could bring additional utility, transaction activity and RWA exposure to the Dash ecosystem.

At this stage, it is a potential integration under discussion, not a completed partnership. In Wuhan I plan to host a couple of educational meet ups for the project’s community. Community is big and they have experience in building stuff on-chain: https://x.com/dappOS_com

Wuhan Community PresentationI joined the EHC DEX community event in Wuhan and gave a presentation to around 200 attendees, introducing Dash with a focus on Dash Platform architecture, decentralized infrastructure, potential RWA use cases and masternodes buying. I’m adding a tweet and a short recording from my phone as proof of participation. What I Am Asking From the DAO

I am asking the Dash DAO to fund my business development and ecosystem representation activities for November–December 2026 at 61 DASH per month

1.Wuhan, China - Community Development and EHC DEX Follow-up

The Wuhan trip itself will be self-funded, including travel and accommodation costs. However, the time spent preparing, organizing, presenting, meeting partners and following up on business development opportunities is part of the professional work covered by this proposal.
I plan to organize a series of educational sessions for the local community focused on Dash Evolution, the Dash ecosystem, governance and the masternode model.

The founder of EHC DEX has also expressed serious interest in investing in Dash masternodes. During the visit, I will continue discussions around their potential Dash Evolution integration while introducing Dash more broadly to his community.

2. Hong Kong FinTech Week - Dash Representation and Business Development / Singapore FinTech Festival (I will choose between two events, depending on speaking opportunities).

November 2–6, 2026
I will attend Hong Kong FinTech Week and represent Dash through networking, business development meetings, ecosystem outreach and discussions with potential integration partners.I have also applied for a speaking opportunity representing Dash, which is currently under review. Several ongoing discussions are already planned:

• RedotPay - I have agreed to meet the team again to discuss a potential Dash integration and adding DASH as a supported payment asset within the RedotPay ecosystem. This could create an additional channel for practical everyday DASH spending.
• WalletConnect - I am currently discussing participation in their podcast around payment rails, as well as a potential Dash wallet/payment integration.                                              

The objective is to use these two months to move existing relationships toward concrete integrations, partnerships, investment interest and stronger Dash visibility across APAC.

Singapore Fintech Festival 18-20 November

For Dash Singapore FinTech Festival looks genuinely useful for potential integration with:

3. Binance Blockchain Week -  Ecosystem Representation and Partnership Development
I also plan to attend Binance Blockchain Week in Bangkok to represent Dash. This event doesn't require to cover any travel costs or accommodation costs but there is ticket cost for the conference.The focus will be on identifying new integration opportunities, introducing Dash to relevant decision-makers and following up on existing conversations.

Business Development Takes Time

Integrations and strategic partnerships rarely happen after one meeting. They usually require multiple conversations, technical evaluation, internal approvals, commercial discussions and follow-up before an integration can go live.

Therefore, not every opportunity initiated during November–December should be expected to result in a completed integration within the same two-month period. My goal is to build and advance a qualified pipeline, move existing discussions closer to implementation and continue reporting progress to the DAO even when the final integration requires a longer development cycle.
