PoSe penalty has been added to the masternode list and allows for easy review of your masternode health.
PoSe is a scoring system used to determine if a masternode is providing network services in good faith. A number of metrics are involved in the calculation, so it is not possible to game the system by causing masternodes to be PoSe banned for failing to respond to ping requests by e.g. a DDoS attack just prior to payment. Each failure to provide service results in an increase in the PoSe score relative to the maximum score, which is equal to the number of registered masternodes. If the score reaches the number of registered masternodes, a PoSe ban is enacted and the masternode must be repaired to ensure it provides reliable service and registered in the list again using a ProUpServTx.
DashCentral has been updated to work with the latest Dash version. Voting pivkeys have changed with this new Dash version. Please enter your new masternode voting keys under the section "my masternodes".
DashCentral has been updated to DashCore V13.

DashCentral moved to a faster server.
The proposal generator has been updated to support 12.2 proposal submissions.
MNO badge: If you own at least one masternode and verified the ownership of the masternode within the section "My masternodes", a MNO badge will be displayed within the proposal discussion and shoutbox close to your username. You can also disable the badge within the "My account" section.
Notification categories: A category has been added to the subject of notifications (e.g. proposal, payment, error, working, restart) to allow better distinguishment of DashCentral notifications. In addition we added the USD value of the current MN payment within the notifications.
Improved nextpay status: The nextpay status was jumping erratically from time to time. The underlying issue has been resolved.
Improved proposal generator: The proposal amount and the payment address are checked to refuse invalid proposal amounts (45,6) and not supported multisig addresses.
Improved proposal description editor: Issues on inserting youtube videos and an issue with the automatic replacement of http to https URLs have been resolved.
We improved the following parts of DashCentral:

In addition, the voting deadline is displayed on the budget overview page.
DashCentral is been upgraded to support DASH 12.1.
The proposal creator has been updated to cover some errors (whitespaces within proposal name) and now makes clear the payment conditions in a written summary to avoid unintended proposal payment settings.
A new button to mark all comments as read is now available within the "Budget" section. The button shows up on the up-right corner only, in case there are unread comments.
The DashCentral android app has been updated to reflect the new brand and new API servers. The app has a new name in the store, so please delete the old one and install the new one:

Dashwhale has been rebranded to DashCentral, to give the plattform a more professional appeal. We all love the whale. But it had to go. The whale with big cigar theme is suboptimal if we want to attract new DASH investors and is problematic when screenshots are shown at cryptocurrency events. DashCentral user and visitor amount is increasing heavily. It has become an important place for new masternode owner onboarding. At some size, things become political. But hey, didn't we all have a great time with the whale?
The iOS Dashwhale app "Dashy" has been officially released. Check it out: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1033268631
It supports masternode monitoring and shoutbox. Budget proposal information will be added within the next months.
Displayed proposal information has been improved with regards to the voting deadline as well as proposal start and end dates. Budget API now comprises also the total budget, next superblock and payment dates.
Get notified on new budget proposals by email, mobile phone or slack. Just enable the proposal notifications at the section "My Account" => "Notifications" => "Edit notification".
Additionally you can now find the total masternode amount and the DASH/BTC price within the top bar.
The algorithm to calculate the real deadline of a proposal has been revamped. Thanks to moocowmoo for his help.
The latest Dashwhale android app has been released. It now shows full DASH budget information as well as budget comments.
You can download the latest app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.paregov.android.dashwhalemonitor
An issue leading to random lags of the Dashwhale website and API has been fixed. Everything should be smooth and fast now!
Trying to guess, when your masternode is going to be paid is a pain. To fix this, we are happy to introduce the new "Nextpay" status. It's a simple bar allowing you to evaluate at a glance, when next payment occurs. The bar switches to green, when your masternode reached a payment queue rank within the top 10% of all masternodes, indicating that your node can now randomly be selected for a payment anytime.
Registering a Dashwhale account does not require to enter an email address anymore. Simply choose a username and a password and you are done. Existing users can delete the email address from their account settings. Password reset function is of course only possible with a set account email.
Dashwhale updater V4 has been released. It now supports automatic restart of crashed masternodes. You'll be notified after a restart has been performed (email, push notification on mobile or slack).
Go to My account => Account settings for further information and download!
If you run multiple masternodes and use the manual wallet "vote-many" function on commandline, all votes for a proposal are submitted to the network within one second. So it's easy as pie to see which and how many masternodes belong to one owner.
To counter this issue, we just released "de-clustered" voting. Simply hit the "vote" button on a Dashwhale proposal page. Your proposal votes are submitted over several hours at random timepoints. Nobody is able to group your masternodes based on their votes anymore.
This feature strongly enhances your voting anonymity, compared to manual command-line wallet voting!
We just released the new masternode incidents feature. It is a history of the critical downtimes of your masternodes including the date and duration. This is very helpful in a variety of situations including quality assurance of external masternode hosting services.
Good news for DASH proposal owners. We integrated a WYSIWYG Editor, that allows you to fully style your proposal description and add images and videos.
Every whale now has it's personal donation address. If you assign a donation to a specific month of "Dashwahle donations", we award you with one or more whale fins, displayed within comments and shoutbox section. The amount of fins correlates with the amount donated. There is a maximum of 6 fins for really generous donators!
Check "My account" => "Donations"
We are very exited to announce the launch of our new voting service, allowing you to comfortably submit your DASH budget votes via the Dashwhale website. For the setup, you simply have enter your masternode privkeys on your masternode settings page. These privkeys are encrypted in your browser with a passphrase, to ensure, that even we don't have access to your privkeys. To cast you votes, simply press the "Vote YES" or "Vote NO" button on the proposal page, enter your passphrase and you are done.
Nobody likes to fiddle around with the DASH wallet on command line, to vote for the large amount of budget proposals. We hope, comfortable & safe voting via the Dashwhale website, will further improve voting activity.
Special thanks go to UdjinM6 for the awesome raw voting and js vote signing implementation and to Evan for outlining the concept of trustless voting.
We just released the new Dashwhale proposal generator, removing the pain from proposal creation.
You can simply select the payment cycle, timepoint and amount to generate the command for proposal submisssion. All inputs are validated, so you can be sure your proposal submission will work like a charm.
Go to "Budget proposals" => "Create proposal" to check it out!
Proposal owners can now claim their proposal ownership in order to enter the proposal title & description. They will be also able post progress reports and documents soon.
Proposal owners are highlighted within discussion.
Hey guys, our budget proposal area has been beefed up!
You can now post comments to each proposal. Comment feature is build reddit style, to ensure latest and most relevant posts stay on the top and also new posts are visible to everybody.
Additionally, we implemented a notification system with regard to new unread comments. So you'll see a yellow bubble within the navigation menu, in case there are unread comments for a proposal.
At the current stage, there are not really any controversial proposals. Everybody agrees on core-team and public-awareness :) But we assume there will be new proposals soon and Dashwhale is ready to provide the plattform for the discussion!
The new budget proposal page has been finished. Use the up arrow to increase the visibility of a proposal to other Dashwhale visitors, if you think it's worth a discussion about the content.
Comment feature and full masternode proposal voting by privkey will be finished soon!
Get notified by mobile phone, slack or email on masternode payments or errors. Setup your notifications under My account => Notifications.
We highly recommend to setup and enable remote data monitoring.
If it is enabled, we can use the current blockheight to determine if your masternode is on the correct fork. We can also determine within seconds, if your daemon is crashed, to give you some time to restart it, before it drops of the payment list (new V3 feature).
Some users reported problems installing dashwhale-updater perl dependencies.
We just released an updated package (v2) of dashwhale-updater, which includes a compiled version of dashwhale-updater, that does not need any dependencies.
If you already run v1, there is no need to update. If you had problems installing v1, try v2:
https://www.dashwhale.org/downloads/dashwhale-updater-v2.tgz
Note: - the name of the old config file (config.pl) has been changed to dashwhale.conf - some of the SSL perl dependencies have been changed
Earnings: added a new graph depicting daily earnings for all of your masternodes within the last 60 days
You now see the protocolversion of your masternode on the masternode details page (even without dashwhale-updater). The protocolversion is monitored.
Mobile webinterface ("My account" => "Mobile access"): added the BTC/USD exchange value to the main page and the last 8 masternode payments to the details page
We just released the first batch of improvements:
Welcome everybody to the launch of Dashwhale.org
