This proposal provides continued funding for additional subcontracted development resources to accelerate the delivery of Evolution. The original proposal can be found here: https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/proposal-evolution-development-subcontractors.9736/

Due to price appreciation and a lower than expected initial spending run-rate, we only require a partial month of funding at this time. Our costs are currently running about $8,700 monthly, vs. the $10,000 initially estimated. However, because of price appreciation since the first proposal, we only require ~$1,950 in funding for this month.

We are currently supporting 7 developers including one hourly, four part-time, and two full-time roles with these funds, beyond funding provided by the core team budget.

Requested funding is as follows for the September 4th budget cycle:

• 154.45 Dash for development subcontractors ($1,946.69 USD @ $12.604 per August 28th average rate at https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/price-dash.html)
• 5.00 Dash reimbursement for the proposal cost

Total: 159.45 Dash

Note: Any unused funds from this Dash-Evolution development funding will be directed toward other development expenses.
