Proposal description
This is a cross-post from the Dash Forum

This funding proposal extends the existing supplemental development resources dedicated to DashCore development. It funds one additional full-time developer and one additional part-time developer to assist Evan with the following:
- Testing and bug fixing for 12.1
- Ongoing development of DashDrive, DAPI, Sentinel, and WatchDog components for future releases
- Documentation for DashCore
We plan to add another full time resource to the DashCore team starting in December or January.
Requested funding is as follows for the December 4th budget cycle:
Note: Any unused funds from this Dash-Core development funding will be directed toward other development expenses.

This is the fourth proposal you have put out that has very little details to correlate with cost. If this is a situation where there is one work proposal by the core dev team that includes all things evolution then the "trust us" approach seems reasonable, but when you start adding on specific extras then we need specific proof that it is something beyond the core budget........IMO.
Specific, additional Core dev proposals make me want the specifics for the Core salary proposal.
Or I'd like them all to be vague like this.
But for some to be specific and some to be vague... I no longer know how to judge.
