Proposal description

This is a cross-post from the Dash Forum

This proposal is to extend the Electrum and Sentinel support through November. Tyler is now supporting both Electrum and Sentinel as part of Evan's development team. The original proposal can be found here: https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/proposal-core-development-electrum-sentinel-sept.10292/

Here is the description from the original proposal from September:

The Dash Electrum wallet with masternode functionality integrated is complete and testing has been completed. Because it requires a protocol bump on mainnet to become operational, we are simply waiting for the deployment of Dash Core 12.1 to avoid requiring masternode owners to perform two upgrades within a short period of time. Nonetheless, the deployment of the new Electrum wallet will be coming shortly.

Tyler Willis of Mazaclub performed the work to integrate the masternode commands into Electrum and to enable both the Trezor and KeepKey hardware wallets to function with it (under separate proposals). In order to ensure ongoing support and upgrades to this important component of our network, we propose adding Tyler on an ongoing basis starting in September to support, maintain, and upgrade the wallet on an ongoing basis upon its release. He would also maintain needed updates for the hardware wallets.

In addition, Tyler would significantly expand his role with the team. He would also begin helping with the Dash-Core development focused on the Sentinel component, reporting to Evan Duffield. As with the other developers recently added to the Dash-Core team, this will help accelerate the development of 12.2 and Evolution.

As the requirements for the role would be part-time, we are proposing a rate equal to one core-team share.

Requested funding is as follows for the November 4th budget cycle:
Total: 83.64 Dash

Note: Should any funding go unused, we will apply those funds toward future development needs
